PT3 and Ongame

Postby AFreud » Mon May 26, 2008 1:14 pm

Hi!
I've played my first cash game session on Ongame with PT3 and I won something like 18$ but PT3 says only 3$. This is not possible for sure.
Can you help me?

Oh, and some hands are not imported : "OnGame: Error: No winners found. Hand #46xxxxxx80549 (Hand #46xxxxxx80549)" something like 2 hands on a total of 200...

Thanks a lot. Have a nice day!

Possibly the hands which weren't imported are causing the difference?
Please attach the hand histories to the Support system , and link to this thread.

Ah, sorry, OnGame uses a .db file, doesn't it?
You will need to zip this file before creating a support ticket (see my link) and then browse to it.

You cannot attach a .db file directly to the support system so you will have to compress it first.
Do you have any applications like WinZip on your computer?

OK, that should do it.
zip up the .db file containing the bad hands.
Visit the Support system - please make choices as far as PT3 at least, if you don't know what to select there is always a "skip this step" link at the bottom.
When you get to the page to report the problem, please copy the URL of this topic into the Reference field at the top, and describe your problem again with as much info as possible.
Click the browse button at the bottom and choose your zipped database.
