If you could, when you play another tourney again, enable logging (configure -> options -> enable logging), and if the error happens again, please send us the hand history that PT3 reads wrong and your log file (c:\Program Files\Poker Tracker 3\pokertracker.log) zipped together (or rared) in a support ticket and we can trouble shoot this out.

I suspect that has something to do with the ante's..
