Timezone adjust is wrong

Timezone adjust is wrong

I am on Australian EST which is GMT+10. My Windows clock is set to automatically adjust to daylight savings. The time stamp on my hands is one hour ahead of correct time (eg: a hand played at 15:00 where I live appears as 16:00).

Is the time in the actual hand history wrong?
