how to import from a mail pokerstars

I received my hand history, turn it to a .txt, but when i try to import in i ve errors messages, is there a particular thing to do?

What errors are you getting?

You should have a file called c:\Program Files\PokerTracker v3\Logs\ManualImport_20080522.log (or 21 depending on your timezone)

What errors are reported in the log?

this kind of error, but what is the exact method for import hand history received by a pokerstar mail?

I'm having an issue with tournrey import via email.

You appear to be importing the file correctly. PT 3 doesn't yet import directly from email.

Have a look at my post "Manual import..." it links to a recent issue patched for PT v2 that looks similar to the one you are having.

You may want to post the offending line(s) from the file.

I don't know if this is the same issue, but I think you need to remove the header (and possibly footer) stuff from the email text, just leave the tournament summary info, not the email introduction.

i' ve done that but not works...i had no problems with poker office doing that...
