PokerTracker Freezing while replaying hands

I've just been going over some hands in the replayer and it's frozen the whole program up a couple of times where I've had to CTRL+ALT+DEL and end the program from the task manager. When I start it up again it's fine but about 15 or 20 hands later it did the same thing.
