full tilt hand history

i am playing on full tilt and my tournaments are correctly taken in the software. but i don't see any document in my full tilt hand history although i saw these files at the begining. perhaps it s because of PT.
can you help me?

I suspect it is because they are being moved to the C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\Processed folder once you stop the import.
