Bug in HUD on FTP Cash?

I am admittedly a PT newbie (and PAHUD). I have just downloaded the initial PT3 release and have not yet downloaded version 3.00.01.

The problem I am having is getting the HUD to even come up. I am certain it is just a setting somewhere. It comes up sporadically on FullTilt and not at all on PokerStars. I have only tried the HUD on cash games so far.

However, when it does come up on FTP, the "name" field, which I have included in my HUD layout from day 1, does not match the players names for their position. The names given in the heads-up data do not even appear in that table anywhere. I m left assuming that the data given for the player in that position is not his either.

I have never used PT before and am having trouble finding the documentation I need to solve this on my own.

Any help?

I have now upgraded with Build 2.

The "name" fields on the HUD display is still wrong. I have a screen capture but do not know how to attach it to this message or otherwise get it to you.

Sorry, didn't see the bit about it being heads up hands. An issue has already be reported related to this, but any more information you can give us would help.
Please attach your screenshot and pokertracker.log file to the Support system and link to this thread.
