So I downloaded PT3 and when I try to run the program I keep getting the same 2 error messages. What am I doing wrong?

Unable to create PostgreSQL database: PT3 DB
Reason: Unable to login to database (template1). Reason: could not connect to server: Connection refused (0x0000274D/10061) Is the server running on host "localhost" and accepting TCP/IP connections on port 5432?



PokerTracker cannot operate without a PostgreSQL database

Please search - there are several threads of exactly this question.
Did you install the "with postgres" version?
