Auto import problem with everest

Hello,

When i try to auto import for my HUD the auto importer doesn't auto import any more after a hand or 40. I dont know why this is.
When i try to stop it and start it again my PT3 blocks totaly. So i must ctrl atl delete.

And also when i auto import i got many duplicate hands is this normal for everest poker?

When i say show last hand the cards are at the wrong place for my 6 max table (it is done for 10 max i think)

The duplicates will be because you killed PT3 rather than stopping the auto import which would move the processed files. Let auto-import catch up while you're not playing then stop it.

If you can get the hanging problem reliably, then please submit your PokerTracker.log to the Support system.

Same problem here with everest. It always blocks after about 30/60 minutes (I play 3/4 tables). Should I send my .log file to support?

I had the same probs till now.
But last time I did NOT MINIMIZE PT3 and suddenly all worked much better.
Autoimport with no problem, no lags, no freezing. I played for 2 hours at 4 tables and after the session i simpy stopped autoimport and quit PT3. It was correctly removed form memory and i could restart it without any prob.

Have you got logs on this yet? When I use Everest with PT3 4 tabling it lags/locks/becomes unresponsive within an hour every time. I have learned to shut down import then use task manager to shut pt3 down then restart pt3.

I had notice before that if I start auto import before there were hands played during a session in Everest I would get an error: "Unable to launch auto-import for site: Everest. Reason: Unable to monitory Everest directory: C:\Program Files\Everest Poker\history". So I started making sure at least one hand was complete before I started auto import.

Anyhow...... Played for 50 minutes without hud (import on) and everthing ran fine; no lag etc....Turned the hud on and it ran fine for another 50 minutes at which point I quit without a problem.
