I was able to import all my hand history... I am assuming I am good to go now.

The only thing I was disappointed with is when I ran a Leak Analysis it only pulled my cash game stats, How do I pull tournament stats?

LeakTracker only works on cash game hands - tournaments are so situation specific that having a broad swath of "these stats are good" type definitions would actually do more harm than good. There are times you should be pushing any two cards, and times you should be folding even aces.
