PS observed but not imported

I have this problem with PS, it says observed but not imported on all the hands.

Is there another update or something ? i think i have the latest, v3.14.3

Make sure you have PokerStars set to save your hand histories and in the PokerStars Configuration tab (on the Auto Import tab) that directory is listed there. That message will appear if you're observing a table and have gone over the 30 hand observed limit. There is no limit to the number of played hands though, so once those configurations are set up and you are playing you should not see that message.
