It started all of a sudden with this:
2013/03/10 16:18:32: Unable to begin feeder import process. Reason: Unsupported database type: PT3_2013_03_10_152207
Now, after some homemade rookie fixing by myself it looks even worse:
Unable to launch PokerTracker Hud.
Please contact support.

No more HUD, nothing. I am desperate. Please help in a simple step by step instruction. Many thanks in advance!

Click Database --> Database Management. Are you able to create a new database from that window?

Do you see data on the View Stats tab? If so go into the Auto Import tab and make sure in the Preferences area that the database drop down is set to Active Database. If it's set to a database that doesn't exist that can cause this problem. If it's set to the active database and you still get that error, set your new database to active and default and then try again.
