Problem importing hands from Betfair (Mac)

Dear PT

I just downloaded the PT3 on a 60 days free trial.
It seems to be installed correct, and it seems to work good a pokerstars.
But when I launch Betfair, and try playing their 6-max cashgame, PT don´t import the hands.
the same problem occurs, when I try the HU-tables.
I am using a Macbook Pro with system: OS X 10.6.8

Can anyone help with this problem?. :?

What version of PT3 are you currently using?

You will need to be running the latest version 3.11.11 Beta. Also note that Betfair is now part of the OnGame network so please follow the OnGame Configuration Guide for how to set things up.

I have downloaded the 3.11.11 now, but it still don´t work.
Though it still works on Pokerstars.
