PT3 help

Sorry in advance if i have posted this in the wrong topic.

Currently having a problem with my pt3. It has been working fine up till my last session. I started playing and completely forgot to put automatic input. Only about 10 hands in i then switched it on and it come up with the incoming hands. I played about 1400 hands in the session. When i went back to look at certain hands and see the session stats, they have not been updated. I cant find the hands marked and my graph is still the same. So i requested my HH from stars and tried doing it manually. Again with no success. Also tried shutting it down various times but the previous session is still not updated.

If anyone could help it would be much appreciated.

Starting the auto import late should not matter for most sites - what site were you playing at? Also, have you tried to refresh the data?

It really shouldn't matter if you start the import late for PokerStars as long as the hand history files were written.
Do you have the hand history file either in the PokerStars hand history folder or the PokerTracker 3\Processed folder?
When you import the hands that PokerStars sent you do you see hands imported, duplicates reported or errors?
