problem with the program

Hi everyone,
I have a problem with my program.. i'm not able to use it when i play a sit a go or a tourney...
do you have any solution?

Can you be a little more specific? Are your hands importing? Do you get any errors when trying to import while playing? What version of PT3 are you currently using?

In cash game, the program work perfectly.. but when i play a mtt or sit n go.. the program dont work...
dont know why...
anyone has the same problem?

What exactly doesn't work? Are hands importing but the HUD or results not working?
For the most common issues check the
FAQ: Importing to PT3 or
FAQ: PT3 HUD, but if you explain what is wrong in more detail we'll be able to help you more effectively.

When i play Mtt, I don't have any statitstic of the players in the table. It's like te program is not able to import stats in the table when its MTT.. sorry for my english im french so i try my best to explain...

And you do not see hands importing either? Or are the hands importing but the HUD is not displaying?

The display on the table - you say it's not showing any data. In PT3, can you see the data? When you're importing, does the status number increase for "hands"?
