888 MTT change table - no hud

Well the above says it all. Just started playing there again, dunno if its a known problem, remember it worked fine before.

888 do not write the new table number two the hand history file, so PT3 does not know what it is looking for. If you close and reopen the table window, or stop/start the import it should force the new table number to be written and then the HUD should find the new table.
