PT doesn't recognize me as hero

Hi,

PT doesn't recognize me as hero, so in my HUD I have stats like as any other player (total, not for session), and when I c/p hand for 2+2 forum it doens't insert me as hero, I just have every players nick and that's it. I have changed site but not and network.
I'm selected as hero inside PT, and PT is showing my stats inside it (like my profit, my hands and so on...).

I hope you get my problem.

What site do you play at?

One situation where this can happen that comes to mind is for Entraction - if you enter your screenname using the wrong case when you log in (e.g. if you log in as "whiterider" when your proper screenname is "WhiteRider") then the hand histories use the "wrong" version in some places, and that can give the behaviour you describe.

It is Entraction network, I'll doublecheck my nick when I come home and let you know.

I expect that will be it, then. Make sure you enter your name correctly when you log in and it should be fine.

I cant change it. It's in format: MyNickname and when I cheange it to mynickname and press O.K. PT automaticly change it to back MyNickname... :?

You should use the same case that you are shown at at the table - this is only when you first log in after you start up the software.

If that's not it, enable logging and restart PT3. Play a few hands at a single table and attach the PokerTracker.log file to a Support ticket along with the hand history file for the session and a screenshot of the table, so that we can investigate further.
