Please tell me. When will this ever work. I can count on one hand the number of times i've been able to use this properly (for Full Tilt as well) and seriously questioning why i pay for it?

I'm currently using TT with Pokerstars without any problems. As long as I make sure the game filters in the Pokerstars -client is off there's no issues.

I took off all filters and disabled my anti virus and it seemed to work alright but it`s a bit of a chew (and dangerous) having to able and enable my anti virus software (mcafee) all the time in order to launch sites and load tables. It only takes a second to have my laptop hacked into! Are you having any issues like that?

I am using Kaspersky's anti-virus software and never had any problems running this together with PT/TT.

I don't know how McAfee works in detail, but normally anti-virus clients allows you to set exemptions to certain files or folders which need to work outside the softwares standard policies. This doesn't necessarly mean you put your computer in risk or any harm.

However, if this turns out to be a specific McAfee issue, it's probably something that should be brought to their attention, as it's clearly prohibiting healthy software to work as it should.

We do have a tutorial on how to configure McAfee to add exceptions for PT3 - if you haven't done that, you might want to take a look - it's in our firewall troubleshooting guide.
