hope some one can help

pt3 was importing hands from a tournament i finished in the money it said it was proccessing the tournament but no money as in winnings is showing up

any ideas much appreciated

What type of tournament was it? How many entrants?
Is the entry fee shown in PT3? If not, is it in the hand history file?
