player's stats not tracked....why and how?

[proweddingphotos]

I just played in a 9 player $1/$2 NL on pokerstars.com session. One player never did show up in my HUD with having any stats...how and why is this possible? He had played in a few of the 30 hands I played, but nothing ever showed up for him in the way of stats. Is this an error in the pokertracker software?

I assume that you have seen stats for all the players in that seat? I.e. the problem only applied to this player?

If you click Refresh can you see that player in the Player List on the left hand side of the main tracker?
Is that session shown for them?

What do you have the Minimum Hand requirement set to in the HUD Options?
