Manual Ipmorting hands from poker stars... need help plz!

Okay, so I recently have switchd from HEM to PT3. I requested that stars sent me my HH's for the past week to my email, which they did, but I cannot figure out how to get it in my Pt3 db.

What I did was:

Copied and pasted the HH part from the email into notepaid.

saved it onto my desktop

tried to imiport file manually

didnt work

then went to where my pstars HH is automatically saved and put the file into that folder. Tried to upload the hands again into the database but it didn't work either.

It just said 'port file: C:\Users\Jake Shannon\Desktop\handhistory.txt

There was way, way more hands than just 200 hands in the file.

can you just import summaries?

Could you zip up and attach the file to a support ticket? We'll be able to take a look and see if there's a problem in the file after the 200th hand then. PT3 has no limitations on the number of hands in a file - I've personally tested files with many thousands of hands.

Yes if you have summaries in individual files you can import just those if you would like. But then you wouldn't be able to review anything about those tournaments beyond seeing your winnings information.
